George: ok, good start. work on the following:
- let sunrise shot go longer in beginning
- lengthen time of title
- set the scene - where are we?
- cut music when he speaks
- show the face of the speaker
- early on, use some of your shots that show the bakery from a wider angle, then go into detail
- music too repetitive. choose different tracks also, and mix them in
- need more talking to balance music - you don't really have an interview... need to sit down with one of the bakers and conduct an interview in a quiet location (how did you get started in the biz? make up other questions...)
- you voice is missing. tell us why you wanted to do a doc on bakers...
- ending, credits
